Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026. We want the plans to be risk-free to try, so refunds follow a short, predictable set of rules.
When you can get a refund
- Failed renders that consume credits and cannot be retried are credited back to your account.
- Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
- Paid plans can be refunded within 7 days of the first payment when fewer than 10% of the plan credits have been used.
When refunds do not apply
- Credits that have already been spent on successful renders.
- Renewals that were cancelled after the renewal date.
- Accounts suspended for violating the terms of service.
How to request one
Email support@musiclightai.lol with your account email, the payment date and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
